Hi, I’m Shelley.

I’m a wife, a homeschooling mom of four boys, and a travel planner who specializes in helping families plan thoughtful, well-prepared vacations. Over the years, through both our own family’s travels and the trips I plan for clients, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what actually makes a family vacation feel successful.

For many families, the hardest part of planning a trip isn’t choosing the destination. It’s navigating the overwhelming amount of information that surrounds it. Blog posts, fan groups, reels, and strategy guides all promise the “best” way to experience a place, and before long the planning process can start to feel more stressful than exciting.

That’s where thoughtful planning makes a difference.

My background in counseling and education naturally shapes the way I approach vacation planning. Before we talk about itineraries, reservations, or logistics, I spend time learning about the people taking the trip; I first want to learn their priorities, their pacing, and the experiences that will matter most to them. From there we build a plan that supports those goals while still leaving space for the unexpected moments that often become the most meaningful memories.

While many of the vacations I plan involve destinations like Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, and other family-focused resorts, the heart of my work is helping families think clearly about how they want to spend their time together and then building a plan that supports that vision.
